Q: What sort of facilities can we expect? A: Facilities vary, but typically all our apartments have their own living space, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. All apartments are supplied with fresh linen and towels. Kitchens are equipped with a range of utensils, crockery, cutlery and appliances. [ top of page ]
Q: How often is maid service provided, and how often is the linen changed? A: All apartments will be supplied with fresh linen and towels at least once a week. [ top of page ]
Q: How do I reserve an apartment? When is my booking confirmed? A: To reserve an apartment we will require a completed booking form, deposit and details of payment for accommodation charges. Booking forms can be emailed, faxed or sent by post. Once we have received your completed booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking. [ top of page ]
Q: Why do I need to pay a deposit? A: A deposit is required to secure your booking. [ top of page ]
Q: How and where can I collect my keys? A: During Office hours you can collect your keys from our office at 27 Sharrow View, which is within walking distance of all our apartments. Should your arrival be out of office hours you can collect keys from the Key Collection Point, which is located outside the office and is operated by a pin number. Q: Is the price shown per person? A: All apartments are priced per apartment on a nightly or weekly basis, providing a cost effective alternative to equivalent standard hotels. [ top of page ]
Q: What types of apartments are available? A: Kenwood Apartments provides a selection of one & two bedroom apartments. Apartments provide a separate living area/kitchen, bathroom and one or more bedrooms. Sofa beds and extra beds may be provided at an additional charge in some apartments to increase the sleeping capacity of the apartments. [ top of page ]
Q: What time can we check in? A: Apartments are reserved from 2.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure. It may be possible for you to arrive / depart at different times. This would be subject to other bookings. Please contact us if you would like to make different arrangements. [ top of page ]
Q: Can you guarantee that the apartments will be satisfactory? A: All our apartments are inspected regularly by our team and on the day of your arrival. [ top of page ]
Q: How do I pay, and when do I pay? A: A deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of booking. The outstanding balance (of up to 4 weeks) is then payable on arrival.
We accept cash, cheques, travellers cheque and email payments via Paypal. [ top of page ]
Q: If I want to extend my stay, how can I do it? A: Please contact our reservations team to check availability. Providing the apartment is available on the dates that you wish to extend, this is easy to arrange. If your apartment is unavailable, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative. When you book if you think there is a possibility your stay will be extended, please let us know so when we take further bookings this will be taken into consideration. [ top of page ]
Q: How much notice do I need to provide if I wish to cancel? A: If you wish to cancel a booking more than 4 weeks prior to your arrival, your deposit will be returned in full less a £20.00 administration charge. If you wish to cancel with less than 4 weeks notice your deposit will be retained in full. [ top of page ]
Q: Can I view an apartment prior to booking? A: If you would like to view the apartments prior to booking please let us know, and we will do our utmost to arrange this at a convenient time for you. [ top of page ]
Q: What happens if I have a problem on arrival? A: If you have any problems on arrival then you can contact Kenwood Apartments during office hours on 0845 230 4683, an out of hours contact number will also be provided at the time of booking.
